En esta sesi\u00f3n, los participantes jugar\u00e1n al reconocido juego &quot;School Budget Hold &#039;Em&quot; de Education Resource Strategies, centrado en estrategias para reinventar el rol docente. Trabajando en equipo, los participantes identificar\u00e1n estrategias de inversi\u00f3n con alto potencial y priorizar\u00e1n decisiones cruciales, aunque a veces dif\u00edciles, que aborden los desaf\u00edos inherentes a las estructuras de costos tradicionales.
